Extending Change and Cancellation Fees Policy
Guided by our purpose of care and in listening to our guests, we are extending our cancellation policy to provide further flexibility to help you make travel decisions again.
Reservations with check in date on or before December 31, 2020.
Any reservation booked to check in on or before December 31, 2020 can be cancelled at no charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival. Reservations arriving on or after January 1, 2021 are subject to the cancellation policy disclosed at the time of reservation.
Hotel may adjust this cancellation policy during some high-demand periods (e.g., holidays or special events). When making reservations, guests are always encouraged to review the rate rules, which show the current cancellation, deposit policies and rates, to ensure they understand the cancellation and/or deposit rules for each reservation.
Please note: These policies apply to reservations made through Fashion Boutique Hotel directly. Guests who booked via online travel agents or other third parties are advised to contact their booking provider for information on their policies and for assistance.
In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between the English language version and another version of this policy in a different language, the English version will prevail, govern and control.

The hotel keeps providing breakfast to our guests while adopting measures to comply with health and safety guidelines.
To comply with social distancing breakfast are served each morning in the room upon request. Breakfast hours remain the same, 8:00 am to 11:00 am, 7 days a week. The guest must request the breakfast from the room by phone during this time frame. It is served in the order the request is received. Breakfast menu is posted in every room.
The rooms are cleaned and disinfected before the guest check in, and after the guest check out. It will help keep social distancing and preventing the spread of the virus. Knock- and-go service allow to change towels once a day upon request. The housekeeping employees are not authorized to enter any room unless it is totally vacant.
The hotel provides support to our guests while staying. If there is a need for maintenance assistance the technicians are sent over, provided the guest grants access to the room and remains outside until the service is completed.
